While free weights are a great option to train, they do have more risk of injury due to the control required when using them.
The Med-X line of machines will allow you to train areas without risk of injury, or without having to worry about having the flexibility and strength to even begin the exercise.
Our consultation does a few things: first, we use our inBody machine to give a detailed reading of where you are now, your muscle mass, body fat, as well as seeing the level of fat around your organs (visceral fat).
Second, we get to know you, your goals, and any questions, concerns, or limitations you may have about training.
Finally, we help find your ideal settings on our main machines, and let you try them out yourself! This last part helps us know exactly how to set you up for your next workout, ensuring no time will be wasted getting you properly aligned.
